Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Email & Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and managing Thinking Capital’s email marketing strategy, plans, execution and analyses to promote the company’s existing and future products. The successful candidate will track the effectiveness of email communications, and provide recommendations on trends, best practices and evolving methodologies in the field of email marketing. You will assist with Blog writing, content related initiatives, and regularly updating the editorial calendar to support Marketing and Sales goals, while taking ownership of resulting outputs 

Front End Developer

Montreal - Full-Time

Reporting to the team lead, this role will work on the “client side” of our web applications. You will be part of an agile team that is working with state of the art technologies in a leading tech company. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong background in user experience definition and user interface design. 

Customer Success Supervisor

This position is responsible for managing, monitoring and developing a team of trusted Customer Success Agents with a view to maintaining a consistently high level of customer service. To this end, the Customer Success Supervisor plays a key leadership role in the successful development and performance of the team. Reporting to the Sr. Operations Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring individual and team performance as well as providing coaching and feedback where necessary and continuously innovating with new initiatives and methods. Director of Sales Operations

The core mission of the Director of Sales Operations is to increase efficiencies, scalability and customer experience within the application stages. This will be accomplished through implementation of new processes, technologies and systems. The Director of Service will be expected to create the proper SLAs and KPIs for the team and management to track and measure the success of new processes implemented on the funding pipeline. The Director of Service will also be responsible for the ongoing customer care and experience post funding. Again improving the customer experience measured through speed to response and number issues addressed through automation vs. manual.

Release Manager

We are looking for Release Manager that will own the Release Management lifecycle which includes scheduling, coordinating and the management of releases within the AWS environments. The releases can be inclusive of product or Agile software updates, bug fixes, security improvements, and release related Project / Program initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Risk and Modelling, the pricing support specialist will be responsible for liaising with the sales team and ensuring clarity in regards to sales pricing and individual compensation. They will take part in all aspects of risk modelling including analysis, data, and reporting. 

Lead Developer, Security

Thinking Capital is looking for a skilled Software Engineer to lead Thinking Capital’s CyberSecurity Management Program (CSMP) and be responsible for designing, building, assessing and deploying systems to protect Thinking Capital against Information Security Threats. As a member of the Technology Group, you will join industry leading professionals to ensure our infrastructure and services are designed-operated, maintained, and protected in accordance with the high-level standards in the finance industry. Database Developer

Business Intelligence is responsible for building and maintaining all data systems across the organization, and using those systems to deliver business insights and high impact analyses to the Thinking Capital business. As part of the BI team, the Database Developer will be responsible for building and updating the underlying data infrastructure, while maintaining its accuracy and availability. This role will need to work with closely with many functional teams within the business including software development, finance, accounting, sales, and marketing. 

Senior Software Architect

As the Software Architect, you will work closely with the management team and members of cross-functional teams to drive the strategic technical direction of Thinking Capital’s Lending Service platform and be responsible for the technical design and development of Thinking Capital’s solutions and products.  You will be responsible in overseeing our Lending platform and other technologies such as database, search, cloud architecture, etc. You will provide guidance to the development team, enhance the program code, development and maintenance of Thinking Capital solution offering, and oversee applied research or advanced engineering in the development of new products and processes.
